03.06.2019On May 16, there was a birthday party of the Moscow Capital Club, which has celebrated two years since its creation. The evening passed in a pleasant, almost family atmosphere, but with a red carpet, distinguished guests and even opera arias.
The Moscow Capital Club in the Central House of Writers is reviving the pre-revolutionary club traditions. Here, representatives of the political, creative and business elite make new acquaintances, meet with friends, hold business meetings. This is not just a business community, this is a space in a mansion in the very center of Moscow with cozy meeting rooms, excellent cuisine and a unique cigar room.
Among the traditions of the club are regular meetings with high-ranking officials, well-known financiers and successful entrepreneurs. For example, its members and speakers are Economic Development Minister Maxim Oreshkin, UniCredit Bank CEO Mikhail Alekseev, Discovery Head Mikhail Zadornov, Movchan’s Group CEO Andrei Movchan, businessman David Yakobashvili. This year, the club has revived the tradition of meeting with famous writers in the restaurant of the Central House of Writers. So, the guests of literary evenings were Dmitry Glukhovsky and Alexander Tsypkin.
