The Oak Hall is the largest and most luxurious out of all the chambers in the Club. The Hall has two levels. A large part of it is occupied by a curving oak staircase supported by four carved sandalwood columns. The decorative accent is magnified by a massive three-tiered crystal chandelier presented to the writers by Joseph (Iosif) Stalin.
